At 6200 sq feet I guess the word downsize is foreign to them. Heating and cooling via a near 12 K PV system. That is pretty HUGE power demand

@Douglas Hunt yeah, it's way out of my range. But @KMS Woodworks, you're right, it's also way too big, too. I just think it's worth reminding people that luxury can be green, too (although I would still rather see everyone try to get by with less).
