Fresh mint in a container
-
Patti @Hearth and Vine on Jul 15, 2015It's probably all the rain we've been getting. Try and move the pot to a dryer area if possible even for just a day here and there. On a day where it will be sunny leave it to dry out. You can cut them back. Hopefully it will stop raining soon.Helpful Reply

Renae Breskovich on Jul 15, 2015Definitely a by product of too much rain, also, Mint is meant to be harvested while the leaves are tender, if you don't snip them, they become a little bitter and you lose the essence. Snip and either add/freeze to ice cube trays or allow to dry on a paper towel and grind for loose tea.Helpful Reply
