Easy
These sweet woven paper hearts add a sweet touch of holiday to my decor, without having to go to a lot of cost or effort. It's one of my signature 'Fast, Cheap, & Easy' crafts!
For years, I decorated with the Swedish woven hearts that my children made from red and white construction paper. Now, I create hearts from old book pages, vintage sheet music, gift wrap, and other decorative papers in my neutral palette. I dangle them from ribbons on the chandelier and in the windows, I clip them to branches in a vase, I pin them to my inspiration boards, I use them as gift tags - and even gift bags for tiny, tiny presents.
My tutorial appears in the current issue of Creating Vintage Charm Magazine, and also on the HOMEWARDfound blog. Click through to the tute, and you'll be able to make your own in just minutes using paper you already have on hand!
