How to get scorch marks out of the vent in my dryer?

I have scorch marks in the back of my dryer that is leaving marks on my clothes especially whites can anyone suggest how to remove it. It's like the marks you get on an iron. Thanks Nancy T

These are from dryer sheets. Try using the iron cleaner that is sold in the grocery store
