This project was with our local county's Community Rehabilitation Program.
The homeowner had a no interest loan to complete certain repairs to update her home and raise the value. It was a great learning experience and an awesome opportunity for homeowners!
Demolished deck, replaced siding
Old windows, siding and trim
New siding, deck and paint!
Installed new energy efficient windows, patio door, window trim, new siding and paint
