My Fairy Garden
by
Dee
(IC: homeowner)
I love making fairy gardens so much, I cannot stop creating them.
I am trying to figure out different ways to cover up the dirt, this one I ground up mulch and used that, on another I used fake moss. They are so cool and I am actually making them now to sell at a Flower shop that my dear friend is opening. I really liked the scallops edges on this one, I purchased from the Home Depot, I like how light weight it is as well, it is not purely clay, it has fibers in it that makes it harder to break, that is good and bad at the same tme.
Enjoyed the project?

Just beautiful! For ground cover go to the pet store and buy aquaium rocks! I also used crushed shells. The options are endless. I have been making these for quite a few years now and it is so much fun! Made one for each of the ladies in the office too. These will sell like hotcakes at your friends shop, be prepared to be busy . . . ☺💕

Hi Dee, First of all this is absolutely beautiful. You are very talented. I was wondering if you know where you got the schallop clay pot. It's just goresous, it's inspiring me.
Where do you go to shop for things to put in your fairy garden? I see that some make their own, but wonder where I can buy the things needed the first time.. thankyou....
How do you keep items in place for moving them, etc?
