Are brushes for chalk paint wax a necessity?

Janet Pizaro on Oct 13, 2015It is recommended to use the wax brush on your project.It does not necessarily make the job easier.the wax will be applied correctly.As for buffing use a lint free cloth.Helpful Reply

Patricia on Oct 13, 2015If you plan to do a lot of chalk paint projects the investment in wax brushes is definitely worth it. I have found the wax brushes do a better job on the larger projects and saves time, too. I have both a large and small wax brush by Annie Sloan and use both frequently, but mine were given to me as a gift. There are other brands available that are less expensive; just google "wax brushes".Helpful Reply

I am not clear on using chalk paint instead of spray paint or regular paints on projects. Is it a finished look or the process that determines which to use?
