The tile is gray/white with a hint of beige and looks like wood. The kitchen counters are Baltic beige and cabinets are dark wood as well
Gray goes with almost anything! Does the tile have a small amount of marbling in it? If it does, pick up one of those colors for your walls. You can go almost any color carpet.
do you want monochrome look or a bit of color? monochome is all gray..just some gray lighter and some gray darker. think paint chip strips.....the grey is considered a neutral color, and pretty much most colors.
Gray is a neutral but often has undertones of blue or green for example. And that can make other colors more or less appealing. The carpet should probably be a neutral and be chosen before the paint as it's more difficult and expensive to change than wall color. Bring home tons of paint chips And check them out with tile and carpet. That will probably help you zero in on what appeals to you. good luck and have fun!
will go with it.
see a color pallet in a paint store
Many shades of gray have a tinge of blue or lavender, so you you have such a wide range of colors to go with. In our home, we have shades of gray trimmed with a dove gray. Such a calming color that can be dressed up or down.
go to a paint store that has a color wheel, it will tell you
Stay in the gray or "dusty" color family, NOT beiges or jewel colors. Some suggestions - dusty blue or green, dusty pink or peach. Or any intensity/value of the gray family. Think ombre.
