Sounds like you want to mix paint. Yes you can but you need to test the ratio amounts to get the color you want. Start with 1:1, I.e. use one teaspoon of each and mix well. Apply to white paper and let dry , then see if you like the color. If it is too dark try 2:1 ratio, i.e. 2 teaspoons light to one teaspoon of the dark. Keep mixing ratios in very small quantities until you like the color, then mix your paint according to your best ratio, i.e. 2 parts muddle puddle and 1 part crown white.
