ABOLOSshop on Etsy has some peel and stick mirrored tile that is 3 inches x 6 inches. I would think they could be divided to 2x6 making the five inches you need.
Hello, Peel and stick mirrored tile is a good idea. Here is a link so you can check them out. https://www.amazon.com/peel-stick-mirror-tiles/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Apeel%20and%20stick%20mirror%20tiles
I agree with the above. Peel and stick mirrors will work well for you. After you have installed them, be sure to to run a line of clear silicone around them. That will help prevent water from getting behind them. Especially because of the close proximity to water.
How about having glass cut to size by a hardware store than carries glass and spray paint the back with mirror spray paint? It gives more of an antique mirror look. Then attach with double stick foam. Window cleaners can destroy the mercury on the backs of mirrors, (ever seen dark marks on the bottom of mirrors in a bathroom?) but they won't dissolve the spray paint. Good luck!
You could also use some material like laminate or masonite board and then paint it with Rustoleum Mirror paint.
You're very welcome.
