It can be very time consuming and tedious but can be done!
Very difficult and huge job. Take all of the doors and drawers out (label them on the back to be sure to put back in the same place, remove all hardware, clean good, sand, prime with Kilz, paint, lightly sand, paint again, one more coat may be needed or when dry put back in place. This will take several days to get it right and perhaps weeks depending on how many hours you have to work on it each day.
