This is a new stencil but has to go over previous markings of different types. Any suggestions or tips to making this look professional?? Thanks!!

The first thing to do is paint a solid rectangle to cover previous markings. It may be longer than you wish because of how much space is already marked.

Then use your stencil and center in the space "RESERVED".

A company came out and painted our house numbers in a blue with white numbers. Very nice looking!!!

Ours went away after a while and we did not renew to have it done again because they kept going up! Now it seems no one is having this done in our area!

Make sure this does not violate any legal city ordinances! This was done in our area, and they had to paint over it.

I would coat it with varnish, to preserve it .. tho remember, the snow plows will be scrapping this area, when they plow snow.. so you may want to wait till spring. J.

Thanks for the tip. It’s rare though that our snow removal company does our parking spaces. Will follow with varnish to preserve.
