If your table is glass, you can use alcohol inks to paint or stencil your dragonfly. Alchohol inks are permanent and good on non-porous materials. You would need to seal it, perhaps with a clear polyurethane, I would use a spray can applicator to keep your artwork in place. Keep in mind, no matter what you use In the way of paints, direct and even indirect sunlight can and will fade paints over time.

I highly recommend that you take a look at YouTube.com. Just type in stained glass table in the search bar. They have several tutorials that will help you. I use YouTube all the time. They have tutorials on everything under the sun. Best of luck to you. Your dragonfly table sounds great.

The art work might hold up better if you paint it on the underside of the glass.

    You can use unicorn spit-https://www.hometalk.com/diy/windows-doors/windows/unicorn-spit-stained-glass-28173969?r=1

You can use Unicorn SPiT but, it is water based, you need to add a sealant that is waterproof over top not only for being in the elements but also for wear and tear!

Hi there. I really recommend you use a product called Gallery Glass. It’s a stained glass paint. I have used it to do a wall of French doors, glass wind chimes and bird baths. You will need to turn your table over and do the design on the underneath. You can still get the paints online at Amazon, Walmart and directly from plaid.
