Sure, you can use it, but I'd imagine it would pick up greasy stains and fingerprints more easily than satin or even matte finish paint. I wouldn't do it.
Yes, you can. But you have to make sure to give it an extra coat of wax after and rewax it on a regular basis. Don't paint any walls near a stove though.. the wax spatters will be impossible to remove. Remember, natural hand made chalk paint was already used in the century of Ivan the Terrible for painting interior walls, ceilings and furniture. So yes, it can be used on walls.
It should work fine.,it works on more,challenging surfaces. You can try it on a closet wall first, then see how that works.
