What can I do with a very old bathtub

    Hi Linda, is it a stand-alone tub or one that got dropped in? The dropped in would most likely have just one nice looking side as that would be what shows. For a stand-alone I think that would have the most options....put in the garden and fill with soil and plants; make a pond (as long as it doesn't leak, if so, get a liner) and fill with fish, plants and a pond filtering system; use as a BIG ice cooler for outdoor parties - fill with ice and your beverages. Hope these ideas help a bit.

    If you have horses or farm animals, bathtubs can be used a water troughs. Be sure to close up any unskirted sides to prevent them from catching their legs. Claw foot tubs are especially good for this purpose.
