Dark green
You could do black or gray
Sage green
Yellow might be pretty!
A fairly light brown stain with the same undertones? It would appear rather bright for a shade of the ‘brown’ family so you’d still have a nice contrast between the door and the house.
Orr..if you’re into metallics, I was thinking of some type of burnished gold?
My daughter is an artist and I think a LOT before adding decor or painting something to coordinate in my home. I’m a good visualizer! Lol. Even if you did go white, would you want something to balance out the two colours like a not too bright metallic trim? I was also thinking tin. You know how everyone (except me!:-) ) is into that galvanized stuff? That type of metallic would make your house look less glammy and more rustic (farmhouse as they say lol)
Good luck!
PS. I have also used pops of
Teal or mustard yellow before (not bright) to balance the boldness of barn red colour in a room
wait! How about a cream colour that is a diluted version of the red barn colour?
