How to Make Gray Paint Colors?
Do you love gray paint colors for your bedroom? Do you have any experience? If you have, please share your experience. My partner wants to make our bedroom gray paint color.
Thanks in advance.

If the bedroom gets lots of natural light, you can use a slightly darker shade, but if it does not get lots of light, choose a very pale shade of gray or you might feel like you are in a cave.
Ceiling color is important also, a bright white may be what you want, or perhaps add a tiny bit of your wall color into your white ceiling paint for a different effect. Same with wood trim and doors.
Gray can feel warm or cool depending on the undertone (beige or blue) My bedroom is a pale gray with a tiny bit of purple undertone (mixed it myself) and it is very calming. It changes from gray to lavender depending on lighting and time of day.
Get several samples, paint big swatches on all your walls, look at them at different times of the day to pick your shade.
use white and black paint mix till you get your shade.
I have used gray paint all over my house including our bedroom, and my husband and I both LOVE it. We found a soft beautiful shade called Smooth Stone by Glidden and painted the ceilings "ceiling white" and woodwork a white with just the tiniest hint of cream. Friends have liked it so much that several of them have used it in their houses.
David, I once went to the paint store to get some white paint. The clerk handed me a chart with 17 shades of white. When I looked closer I saw faint tints of gray, blue, pink, and green. The same applies to gray. Go by a paint store with your partner and look at the range of gray they have and take home some paint chips. Look at them in day time and in your night lighting.
Here is a list from Benjamin Moore with 50 shades of gray (for real, no joke intended!)

Are your accents (furniture, linnen, etc. ) warm or cool? To warm up grey add a touch of red or yellow... or orange. Cool grey will have a hint of blue, or green. Then there is a hint of purple or a hint of violet, each being either warm or cool. Go to a major paint brand website and test drive a virtual room with their paint colors and see what you like. Some brands have small jars of test paints so you can do test swatches directly on your walls - I would put one swatch each on a sunny wall and a shadow wall. You could two tone you bedroom with a darker grey on the bottom and a lighter one above... moulding or stencil as a divider? Get thee to a paint store and gather paint swatch strips...
i do for my sister
You can get paint chips at store to narrow down your choices. Then you can buy sampler paint to check out how they look. Also, I would bet that there is a computer or smartphone app that you can use to take a photo and then virtually paint your wall.
