None in my opinion. Wax has to be replaced-applied and wax build up holds dirt.
I would strip the wax and polyurethane the floor. Poly comes in any sheen level you want.
I agree with Cheryl. If you don't like the high shine of the poly and want it to look like it was waxed, use the matte finish poly. I did that on mine and loved the look without the maintenance of waxed.
I would skip wax, it dulls over time and a pain to remove. Try Rejuvenate Floor Restorer first.
