How do you paint ceramic tile?
I have a wood stove that we use all winter. It has green dated tile on the back wall and on the floor. Green is not my color. I would like to give it some new life.

Use cans of high temperature spray paint used to paint engines available from your local auto supply shop. Ask for John or Bob behind the counter.
Home Depot and other paint stores carry paint specifically made for tile.
