Any uses for Yucca seeds? Avocado pits?

http://youtu.be/5zrIuyliJQ0 here is one thing you can do with an avocado seed, and they only think I think can of on the Yucca is that I recall you have to scarify them before planting.

Yes, thank your for your help. All hard covered seeds need to have the casing cut. Unless you can put them in the freezer to split naturally like they would in the elements. I was thinking of something additional to do with then. Like can they be ground and eaten? Boiled? Roasted?
