Country Design Home on Feb 19, 2015The best tool, IMO, is really good paint that won't leave brush marks or streaks. As far as what to apply it with, I only use these shortcut brushes by Wooster: http://www.woosterbrush.com/PressRoom/ArchivedNews/Shortcut they are very soft, never lose bristles and leave a very smooth finish.Helpful Reply
