I have three of them for my farm cats and they love them! We used clear plastic totes so the cats can "hide" in there, but still see out.
Ok, I'll try this again! Sorry for my lack of computer skills! We used clear plastic totes for our farm cats. Cats like to "hide" but still be able to see out. All we did was cut a cat-sized round hole on one end, sand the edges a little, and put a nice, soft fleece blanket (that was headed for the dump) folded on the bottom. With the lid snapped on, we eventually wound up with three of them stacked up. It gives our outside cats extra protection in the barn from our bitter cold winters. Hope this helps!
people often put a styrofoam cooler inside a plastic tote, cut appropriate entry holes, in both, add straw for additional insulation and to stabilize the foam cooler to keep the entry holes aligned, add a warm blanket, reset the lid and the cats have a warm place to stay.
