I lived on a 105 year family farm for 65 years and I have lots of Ariel farm photos (12x18). How do I incorporate them into decorating in my in town home?

Wonder if you can have them made into a wallpaper pattern? (at one flat I lived at I photocopied most my pics and pasted them to some of my internal doors )

If you can downsize them, there is a wall paper that has squares for photos on it along with branches and trees for the "family tree" look. That would be awesome as an accent wall in the family room or even the hallway.

It would be fun if could put them on a low coffee table, under a glass top or discourage, so you would be viewing them at the same angle they were taken.

What about room divider's/screens. I have one from the 1800's that has antique maps on it. Looks like they took plywood, framed them and then hinged them together. Total of 4 panels. Can be moved to any room, or have one in each room. Ours is in our dining room and doesn't hide anything, just against a wall.

Depending upon your furniture layout or wall options I think I would pick the best 3 or 5 (pick an odd number) & frame them with nice mats - they will come out to be about 22 x 16 each with a small narrow frame or larger with a bigger frame... Then align them over your couch so spaced the same amount apart (maybe 2") & so that when you stand you see the middle of the picture. Odd numbers are somehow soothing to the eye & a group would be very nice & make a wonderful statement! Keep your mats neutral (white/ivory/black/grey/tan/taupe) so that the attention is on the actual artwork & use black frames - not something fancy, just simple. You can probably find a few simple frames that are all the same at a big box store, Ollies or even a yard sale? Don't spend alot of money on them - if you find something that already has artwork, buy it & pull the artwork out, then spray paint the frames if you need to & fix them up! They will look FANTASTIC & what a wonderful tribute to your family & your history! Have fun!

There are tons of ideas on Pinterest about displaying photo's. Many of them will depend on how much wall space you can/want to dedicate to the photo's. I'd first go through some and select your favorites. We have a photo gallery in our hall because it doesn't get any direct sunlight so our vintage family photos are safer from fading there. Making sure the backing and matting are photo safe will help to preserve them. I scanned them for this approach so the vintage pix are safe in an album. I am a quilter, so I transferred some family photo's on to fabric and incorporated them in a memory quilt. Samples of memory quilts are also shown on Pinterest as 'photo quilts'. In our living room I display 13 of my daughters school photos like this: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/514677063644545789/using an Ikea Fintorp 31" rail, black ribbon and black picture frames with white matting. We used a variety of sizes, from 4 X 6 to 12 X 16 and arranged them on the rail until we found an arrangement that fit in the area and was pleasing to us. the larger photo (her graduation photo) we used as a centerpiece to the display. Ikea also has a large selection of picture frames to keep things unified in appearance. Hope this helps!

I've seen lots of collages with scenes. Most of the time they use the same frames in one size for them all. They usually do a collage above an entry table or bench with them spaced out equally in rows, it looks pretty cool. Look at this:

Definitely, Pinterest. I sell windows on Etsy and there are hundreds of ways to display. Do you have anything besides the photos? If so, try to incorporate that with. That would be sooooo awesome! Windows! Love them. Every single one of them is different and will portray whatever you wish.
