Bonny McDaniel on Jan 20, 2016Yes, it must be nail polish as, I'm sure, food coloring would just wash off. Are you trying to get a marbled look? That would be what happens when the nail polish floats around on the water...usually you gently stir the colors and then dip an item it it. See the link that Joline gave you.Helpful Reply
