Aspect peel and stick tile worked great in mine! I bought it on line from the DIY Store.

I would use something that won’t absorb grease splatters like a piece of glass held in place with mirror clips.

😁 the other Lorraine has a great idea, I’ll expand on that , Home Depot, or Lowe’s also have a lot of items to check out. They have metal tiles that stick on, that come in copper, stainless steel, bronze, from traditional to modern designs. There are also decorative metal sheeting that can be cut to fit, with metal cutters. Also that’s a pretty small area, you could buy some lovely tiles and learn howto put them on. Or just a high gloss paint that you can stencil or freehand a design.

the stick on ones are very nice to look at, but the heat/cold cycle in the campers makes it more likely to peel from the walls.....
