Citrisrip is a great product -- or just clean thoroughly and paint -- most paint today has a primer included ... you may not have to remove the existing paint -- if it's chipped, cracked or flaking off you may be able to sand the damaged area to get smooth edges ..then paint -- if not, you'll need to strip or the 'new' paint won't either adhere properly, or look right -- a good prep job is the secret to a successful paint job!
