If the walls were primed ahead of time it will be easier. Get the solution for stripping wall paper and spray on the walls and let soak. It should come off with a scraper easily. Messy, but it works better than just warm water.
I have heard that getting the wallpaper wet with fabric softener will make it come off in large pieces.
I have used fabric softener diluted with hot water in a spray bottle along with a wallpaper scorer. here are some other ideas

Zinsser makes a wallpaper Tiger, available at Walmart for 6 bucks. It scores the wallpaper so you just sponge hot water onto the paper, give a few to soak in and it strips off the wall with a putty knife....provided it is not adhered to the drywall with no sealer on it.
Make a solution of water and fabric softenerScore in the corner to start.
I use cheap fabric softerner mixed 3 parts softener to 1 part water....score the paper if it has a coating, sop on and let it sit for 10/15 minutes
