Get a screen kit so you can remove the screen and clean it, then reinstall after removing paint. Sreen kits are cheap and it enables you to replace screen in any window when necessary. When you rove screen be careful not to stretch it and soak it in warm soapy water to remove paint.
Mineral spirits/turpentine for oil based paint, and Goof Off for water based paints. Soak a paper towel or towels in the solvent and lay it on the affected parts of the screen mesh. Let it sit to do its work for at least 10 minutes. Then, using an old fingernail brush or toothbrush, scrub the paint off and rinse.
