Painting a plastic frame of a large wall clock. Not sure if I should use a spray paint of an acrylic (with a brush). I ultimately want to give it a weathered texture.

I'd use spray paint, just because I have more luck with getting my projects even-looking when I do. If it's plastic though make sure to sand it down a bit before you paint so that it adheres better.Helpful Reply -

Look for a spray paint that is specific to plastic. I think Rustolium makes one. I've purchased it at Walmart.Helpful Reply -

I just got finished using Rustolium paint for plastics. Several very light coats and the finish is beautiful. Now matter how careful, I seem to have brush marks when painting smooth finishes.Helpful Reply -
