I am wanting to paint accents on walls in one room and can not find bright enough colors to suit me. Where can I buy really bright wall paint?

Alibaba.com has a new product line of highly reflective paints called neon paints. When I say highly reflective I mean almost glow in the dark, even with the absence of almost any light at all, these paints reflective qualities are like non other I have ever seen.
