Hi Pat, there's an 800 number on the can you can call to ask Behr. Overcast and 70's shouldn't have been a problem, but do give them a call to discuss the problem. Good luck.
night time temperatures....the deck did not dry
I'm having the same problem. Professionally sanded to bare wood and brushed on two light coats in mild weather. After 5 days, still tacky. I submitted a request this morning to Behr and received the below response on email within an hour. I will try out what they recommend and report back here.
"I'm sorry to hear that your deck still feels tacky! This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have with any of our products, and I'd like to help you get your deck back on track.
To remove the tackiness, I recommend cleaning the surface with a mild dish soap and warm water and allowing it to dry for 24 hours."
