Antique Brunswick Billiard table restoration project

This was in my family since I was a little kid, now 45 years later it's mine and time to restore it.
Using Jasco paint and varnish remover this stuff is pretty tough
Brush and scrape
One side at a time
The old varnish bubbling off
Stripped and now stained
Quarter Sawn Oak legs
This was a risk, I put down plastic and stripped the table right over the carpet..' Being really careful, I still wouldn't suggest it..
Four legs stripped
Stained the leather pockets
Down to the wood
Each piece is a challenge

When I saw the finished product, I realized why you went to all that work. That's really nice wood. There is no fast way to do that job. Quite an eclectic collection there. CP
