Some stores like Hobby Lobby carry stained glass look kits and you can order them online. They have patterns in them to use like geometric patterns but when I did a front door window I wanted something that matched our western decor. I used the simple lines in a coloring book of a coyote howling at the moon with the buttes and mesas in the back ground. I am not talented at all but it really turned out nice! They are also removable if you want to change them or just take them down. good luck!

Hi Shirley! I entered "Stained Glass Tricks" in search and got back at least 10 videos/Youtubes. None are named just "Stained Glass Tricks," they have quite a few different "Stained Glass Cost Saving Tips and Tricks," "Stained Glass Design Tips and Tricks," etc. Some feature men, some feature women. Some feature and promote a specific brand of stained glass products. I think you would be the best one to determine which was the one you were seeking so you can zero right into it. Good luck!
Stained glass is fun to do but takes practice to make great piece. Best suggestion is watch videos and many books have great instructions step by step. Look at lead came versus soldering copper foil. Look very different so decide which you prefer. Precise cuts matching pattern makes project much easier.
What is it your trying to do a faux stained glass too?
