Valerie on Sep 21, 2014Becky raises a valid point - if it is lace trim, and you like a 'vintage' look, I would consider putting a strip of lace across your linen - sheets and pillowcases, as well as towels. I love old lace, and have collected a number of examples of how it has been used by members of the Hometalk community. Sooz on Mar 11, 2015send it to me!!!! kidding. there are creative people who can make "pictures" made from many different types and pieces of lace. I've made several table top christmas trees by winding lace trim around a cone and embellishing with crystal beads. tea dyeing the trim to shades of taupe and ecru greatly expands the creative pallet. And decopage the lace to vases, flower pots, etc. & then spray painting a favorite color or mirror glass. That's what I'd do 'Helpful Reply
