I hate long clean ups as much as the next person, so when I heard about this cleaning hack, I had to try it. In the automotive section of the grocery store I found the miracle product, car wax! It's great for repelling food and food build up as well as hard water build up.
First clean the surface thoroughly.
Dampen the sponge and apply a light layer of the wax.
You should hardly see the layer, that's how light it should be, otherwise; it's difficult to remove the heavier layer.
Let the wax dry, then lightly buff with a soft cloth to reveal your more water repellent, super shiny surface.
Enjoyed the project?

I have done that on NEW shower doors to prevent water spots. There is also a great polish/protector made for fiberglass tubs. Like many I have a fiberglass spa tub with jets and they have improved this cleaner: Gel-Gloss Kitchen & Bath Polish & Protector https://www.amazon.com/Original-Gel-Gloss-Kitchen-Polish-Protector/dp/B000LNQ83O/ref=pd_sim_121_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B000LNQ83O&pd_rd_r=JFW36MYPJ8CS5DS4143Z&pd_rd_w=vSMEH&pd_rd_wg=9ldPk&psc=1&refRID=JFW36MYPJ8CS5DS4143Z Works in the kitchen too!
