Tile Floor

I tiled my friends bathroom floor. We decided to use 12x12 floor tiles and layed them in a diamond pattern.
Advice:
If you decide to lay tile at an angle, it's easiest to use a parchment paper or something like that to make templates for the cuts. I love premixed morter and grout. It's a little more expensive but eliminates a lot of mess or mixing incorrectly.
Luckily her subfloor was in great shape so we did not have to repair any of that.
Materials:
12x12 Floor Tile - $0.00
1/4 in Hardieback - $0.00
Premixed Morter - $0.00
Premixed Grout - $0.00
