I am adding a powder room to my basement
*Options I considered for this project:
I just want a sink and a toilet. I could have added a standing shower, but that would have cost a little more.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
make sure you measure the space in order to get right size toilet. There are so many sizes available.
* Cost Comments:
toliet= 169, sink= 129, sheet rack= 100. the rest included the wiring and the cost for labor
*My motivation to do this project:
I am adding a powder room to my basement so that when my kids or friends are down there watching tv they don't have to come up stairs to use the bathroom.
*Project Steps:
We have already had the walls put up, the wiring is completed and the tiolet and sink a=have been installed.
Advice:
compare prices if you are using a contractor and make sure you get a good toilet pump.
