This niche is in a brick wall over the bar and next to the entry door of the wine cellar.
Would also be nice in a kitchen because there are more of those in houses than wine cellars.

These are cute! so, you have many more around your home? Is it an older home?

We are the manufacturer, so this was made by a spec drawing provided by the customer. I think the purpose is to display a bottle of the wine you are serving. This unit was installed in a remodel that was gutted so it was really like a new house. If you saw the before and after pictures, you can't tell it's the same property. We also installed a large mantel display and stone kitchen hood.
