3po3 on Nov 07, 2012I couldn't find plans on the woodworking magazines I like to reference, but I know people swear by Ana White's plans: http://ana-white.com/2011/09/farmhouse-storage-bed-storage-drawers But I think you would be even better off picking up this book: http://www.amazon.com/Beds-Bedroom-Furniture-Best-Woodworking/dp/1561581917 It's hard to go wrong with the books from Fine Woodworking magazine.Helpful Reply

KMS Woodworks on Nov 08, 2012building "boxes" with plywood is a bit easier than working with regular hardwood lumber. Have square panels helps ensure that the finished product is square with parallel side... these parallel side are key to proper drawer slide operation. Rather than use the basic "roller" style that is mentioned in the Ana White link, I would go with a heavy duty full extension ball bearing drawer slide. http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=21998&site=ROCKLERHelpful Reply
