Framed Sports Ticket Art

Have an avid sports fan in the home? Mine collected his sporting event tickets and golf score cards for many, many years. Instead of letting them collect dust, we framed the tickets to hang in our sports themed basement.

That's really cool. I thought about doing that with my concert tickets. For now, I have them each stuffed in the CD cover of the band I saw, but with CDs becoming obsolete, I'm not sure about that. Also, did you do something to keep them from fading or going black? I know for a while Ticketmaster was printing tickets on paper that turned black if you left the tickets in the sun. Supposedly a security feature, but mostly just another reason to hate Ticketmonster. Wow, now I am on a tangent, but I am serious about the question.

Love this idea! This would be perfect for all of my husbands 49er tickets...and perfect timing too! Go Niners!!
