Creating foam-board bins for closet storage
But I came across a page where a gal made a bin or drawer that's made from a foam board, cut to the measurements she wanted, and I didn't think to save that page! D'oh! BTW, I got to thinking about foam board, and all that pulling and pushing might damage it. Is there another way to make bins besides from foam?

MN Mom on Feb 10, 2016Lori I agree with you that handmade foam board containers may not be sturdy enough. Consider other tyoes of storage besides bins that pull out. Baskets from the kitchen department or containers from the scrapbook store might be the "off" size that you're looking for. Try someplace like the Container Store, a local dollar store, Home Depot or Lowes. Depending on what needs to be stored you could also use trays, glass jars, etc. Look outside the (storage) box for your needs and ideas!Helpful Reply
