Hi Patti! Hometalk had a hangout this week on this very subject. Here's the link to the hangout with lots of valuable information and answers to your questions.
1. Advantage is no prep, dries quickly and easy to use. It's amazing
2. It doesn't have to be a matte finish, with the waxing it can have a bit of a sheen or a lot of shine, depending on how much it is buffed, etc.
3. As soon as the paint is dry (can be as quick as 30 mins depending) you can do another coat. I usually wait about an hour between coats. Depending on the look you're going for and the color you use you may only need one coat, but I believe 2 coats is recommended.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to help answer your questions or you can visit www.anniesloanunfolded.com
