Help! Blooming plants covered with mealy bugs.

The plants that fill my deck are covered with mealy bugs. The 50+ plants winter in a area greenhouse and came home infested with these white cottony pests.

That sounds like far too many plants to go about swabbing the mealy bugs with rubbing alcohol. I suggest a good commercially prepared insecticidal soap.
