I've ordered 4 different custom stencils from Creative Stencils on Etsy. They are pretty fast, reasonably priced, and the stencils are high quality. I've used the stencils hundreds of times and they still hold up. Here's the link to their shop: http://www.CreativeStencils.etsy.com
