William on Jul 27, 2016Window film has caused double pane glass to break. This is how it happened: Double pane windows are sealed with a space in between, which is usually filled with a gas. When an outdated or incompatible film is applied and absorbs heat as it should, that added heat can get trapped between the two panes, causing the seal to break and/or the glass to shatter. For this reason, many window manufacturers will void their warranty if the homeowner installs aftermarket film.Helpful Reply

Suellen Hintz on Jul 27, 2016I've just made curtains for our bedroom, using king size flat sheets from Walmart. Got print ones on the clearance isle but had to pay full price for the white ones I used to line them with. With these and blinds our bedroom is very dark.Helpful Reply
