Catherine Smith on Jul 31, 2013Same here, I usually buy them in bulk when they are in season. Freeze and use for jams and jellies, as well as other "desert" type of items during the winter. They don't look so pretty, but they sure taste good.Helpful Reply

Peg on Jul 31, 2013Yes, but they don't thaw out well, they get mushy. Need to use them in a recipe. I've also frozen them sliced with sugar. We also ate them frozen too as a refreshing summer treat!Helpful Reply
