Glenna Angelo on Sep 11, 2016I live in an apartment too. I have come up with a neat trick. I bought command hooks and spring rods. It works great. Of course you have to choose which hooks to use based on the weight of the curtains. I also did the same thing to cover a bookcase that contained movies and books. It works great and gives a look of old world style.Helpful Reply
