BEST Pizza Dough EVER!
For the other two; I made a tissue box for Levi, took the tissues out from the bottom, place 20 singles that were taped together at ends, rolled them up,taped bottom closed; taped one tissue to the end dollar and pulled the tissue up and out the top. Tag Read: This looks like a box of tissues.....but it's not. Try not to BLOW IT all in one spot! ANOTHER SURPRISED HAPPY FACE!
For Benny the third young man...rolled up very tightly 20 singles stuffed into a toilet paper tube, then placed in center of mason drinking jar added candy all around the tube to hide it. TAG READ: This jar of candy is a real treat...be very careful..some you can't eat!
Can't say who was the happiest, the boys or the Great Grand Parents. We made some fond memories.

This is so creative! It's hard to find cute ways to give money :) Thank you for sharing!!
Love it.
Very creative! Beats the money cards! Its a memory they'll never forget. Now, whats the plan for next year =:)
my daughter received the "pizza" for a graduation gift. Giver used quarters as "pepperoni". Used removable glue dots I believe. Really cute and unique :)
Great idea!

Thanks...Please post the tissue box and candy jar pics as I would love to see the finished product...
i love neat ideas for gifting money and once made a money tree for our son as he got older. We cut a branch, glued it to a base then I wired twenty $5.00 bills to the branches. The $5.00 bills were folded into an accordiam type of pleat then fastened with wire (in the center of each bill). Unfortunately, here in Canada, we no longer have $1.00 and $2.00 bills so for little kids, it's too costly to make a money tree or pizza.
What an awesome idea!!
For the young one's just starting to read, put ones inside the pages then wrap the book. For the tween girls, put the money inside the umbrella and when they open the umbrella it rains money.
I took 2 kinds of russell stover million dollar bars & put a bunch of $5's in between the bars & tied with ribbon. They were super excited!
My "kids" are 42 and 44. But out of all the gifts they ever received, they still remember the one hundred dollar bills box from their favorite uncle when they were young teens. He put one hundred one dollar bills in a box with some kind of saying like, " this is to be used when you just want a little something and don't have to ask your mom for the cash...a lipstick, a comic book, some candy bars or pretzels." They loved that gift so much and it was like an extra stash of "funny money". When my daughter had her son his uncle gave him a dollar bill box too! What fun he had. Great birthday gift for a kid's party. Can use any amount of dollar bills! Love it!!!
Great ideas I'll be stealing them thanks
No Problem...that's what Hometalk is all about...
mainly Sharing /(stealing too!)..so have at it)!!
I have taken $1.00'bills wadded them up, placed them in appropriate size gift bag. Also, took a billfold placed a1$, a2$. 5$, 10$. Of coarse you may place as much money as you want. Pre teens love this.
WILL HAVE TRY THAT...
Thanks, Jan, for the suggestions. The artificial flower idea might work for my youngest granddaughter so I'll keep that in mind or do the "money tree" again (the grandkids are older so those $5 bills are eye catching! lol.) I still like the "pizza dough" and there are lots of ideas on Pinterest on how to give money but again, it is more fun when you can mix $1, $2 and $5 bills up in a presentation idea such as the "paper money Kleenex" idea. Thanks again!
