For simple ideas, go through some home decorating and craft magazines, and find the look that you want to achieve. Change the colors of your walls by painting or paneling. If you want to panel the walls, Liquid Nails works really well if you don't want to use hammer. Remember, however, that once it is up, you are not going to easily change your mind, Sew or purchase new drapes or curtains. Just simple color changes can make a room(s) look totally new and different.
You can make a beautiful umbrella stand using coffee cans, glue, and pretty paper. Plates and plate hangers make great decorations for a kitchen or dining room and you can use command hooks.
Absolutely! Simply consider at an idea that you have, and if you don't have the means or the skill to do it in a way... that's traditionally thought it should be done, then simply think how can I do this differently? Even putting trim up on walls can be done without nails.
can always stencil a design you like on wall fabric furniture
Paint a piece of furniture with chaulk Paint. Actually, I think painting is the easiest was to redecorate!
Check out this easy Fence Post Bird Feeder Project:
Primer Coat Spray Paint
Color[s] of choice Spray Paint
1 wine cork
1 clay flower pot
1 Clay Pot 'tray dish' 1- 2" larger diameter than the flower pot top
1 Clay pot 'tray dish' 4" larger diameter than the first 'tray dish'
1 tube silicon sealant
A bag of Bird seed of your choice
Begin:
Turn the pot up-side-down & insert the wine cork into the drain hole of the pot [tapering as needed] & make sure that it is flush to the outside bottom of the pot
Prime coat the pot & both 'trays'
When the prime coat is dry:
Run 'a bead' of silicon sealant in sections around the top edge of the pot-leaving 'spaces' between the 'sections ' of sealant-set aside to dry.
Final coat the 'trays' [inside & out'] with the final coat of paint in your desired color-set aside to dry.
Final coat the pot [inside & out] once the sealant has dried- set aside to dry.
ONCE ALL IS DRY:
Fill the pot with Bird Seed, place the smallest 'tray dish' over the top of the pot up-side-down...invert the 2 pieces so that the tray dish is now on the bottom & the pot is up-side-down, NOW place the largest 'tray dish' up-side down [or right side UP if you want a water dish/bird bath for the birds] on top of the pot's bottom [acts as a roof for the bird feeder] CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have now made a Fence Post Bird Feeder/Bird Bath! {:-))
