You can try CLR.
I find a fun trick to cleaning glassware etchings is to use denture cleaners. Fill your cup with warm water, drop a tablet in there and allow to sit for about an hour. Scrub the sides and then clean the glass off. Good luck!
have you tried soaking in vinegar?
Baking Soda Dawn and warm sink full of water. Let them soak. If you have a tall skinny Vase that you cannot reach into Vinegar soak in is good to get down where you cannot reach.
Vinegar diluted in warm water usually does the trick for me.
